Over the past century, little black dress has become the ultimate synonymous of the glamour with the modern touch to any woman with a trend, an important line of closet first. In the new planning large-scale international projects, Swarovski elements not only add this classic fashion charm, but also raise funds for charitable organizations.
Last year, the Swarovski Elements invited 22 well-known master of the fashion industry and the talented rising star, were designed an ingenious little black dress, in order to participate in September 2010 in New York City auction. Auction items related to the auction catalog sales and earnings would be donated to the American Cancer Society and the French National Cancer Institute.
In the project 22 Ways To Say Black participation, we have these famous designers︰Alber Elbaz (Lanvin), Donna Karan, Giorgio Armani, Alberta Ferretti, Gianfranco Ferré, Phillip Lim, Vivienne Westwood, Martin Grant, Alexis Mabille, Azzaro, Boudicca, Catherine Malandrino, Diane Von Furstenberg, Fendi, Gaspard Yurkievich, Riccardo Tisci (Givenchy), Jean-Paul Gaultier, Marios Schwab, Missoni, Sonia Rykiel, Thakoon and Valentino.
This series of bright dazzling fashion classics, in January of this year’s Paris Fashion Week debut to great acclaim, and then in Paris the famous Palazzo Pozzo di Borgo display. The exhibit also shows on April 8 in Beijing at a special event on the local debut.
22 small black dresses are all hand-made, is absolutely unique designer creativity and imagination of the perfect crystal.
