Deliver time

It will take 18-25 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 7 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (DHL, EMS) standard.

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address

Parcel

The parcel need to be signed for. So please track your parcel online timely. If the parcle was shipped fail ,it will be reutrned to us.If reshipping ,customer need to pay shipping fee again.And if you don't want reshipment ,you need to pay restocking fee ,and shipping fee can not be returned.

Cancel order

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order timely,if so,the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
